When you use PixoPDF without an account, we do not collect any personal information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your public profile information including name, email, and profile picture.
Files you upload are used solely for the purpose of conversion. We do not read, analyze, or store your files beyond what is necessary to complete the conversion. All uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of processing.
We use minimal cookies to keep you logged in if you have an account. We do not use tracking cookies or share your browsing data with advertisers. We may use anonymous analytics to understand how the service is used in order to improve it.
Your account data is stored securely in an encrypted database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

PixoPDF is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
