PixoPDF provides online PDF conversion tools including image to PDF conversion, PDF merging, splitting, and document format conversion. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
Files uploaded to PixoPDF are processed solely for the purpose of conversion. All uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not access, read, or share your files with any third parties.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By using PixoPDF, you confirm that you have the right to convert and process the files you upload. PixoPDF is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by user-uploaded content.
PixoPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.
Free users may upload files up to 50MB per conversion. We reserve the right to impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. Automated or bulk usage of the service without prior permission is prohibited.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
